So let’s talk about the definition of the word IMPACT:

IMPACT IS THE ACTION OF ONE OBJECT COMING FORCABALY INTO CONTACT WITH ONE ANOTHER.

MY DEFINITION IS THE ACTION OF 1 PERSON COMING INTO CONTACT WITH ONE ANOTHER.

When you have IMPACT, or when you understand IMPACT

*You have an Effect or an Affect

*You Influence another person

*You leave an Impression

*When you make an IMPACT you leave footprints.

Dear friends – this was just a school teacher who caught the revelation that when you deliver IMPACT you deliver CHANGE, you bring CHANGE


IF YOU ARE IMPACTFUL YOU BRING CHANGE

My question to you today?

What Impact are you having currently on your circle, your staff, your colleagues, your family, your leader?

What IMPRESSION do you leave behind?

What is the IMPACT that they FEEL after they have been touched by this FORCE which is YOU!!!!!

So, if IMPACT brings CHANGE what is the OPPOSITE OF IMPACT:

*UN IMPORTANCE

*UN APPRECIATED

*OVERLOOKED

*Trying so hard but it is still NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Do you know that I sometimes still get these thoughts, but I had to make a MINDSET SHIFT on a daily basis not to give these thoughts ANY ENERGY but to make a decision not to feel UNIMPORTANT but to be IMPACTFUL!!

IMPACT is BEING UNITED but we most of the time feel:

UN IMPORTANT

BEING BROKEN

DISCOURAGED

APART

DISJOINT

IN CONFLICT with your family, your husband your team.

I want to ask you this morning are you in UNITY with your VISION, the Vision of your Leader or Employer.

Are you in unity with your MISSION your PASSION?

IMPACT my friends, brings HARMONY

There are great results in being IMPACTFUL.

A Leader understands the power of IMPACT!

What is IMPACT in LEADERSHIP

When you discover the SECRET of having an IMPACT in your circle, with your colleagues and your family there will be many fruits.

*UNITY

*DRIVEN

*FOCUSED

*POSITIVE

*MORE PRODUCTIVE

*MORE RESULT ORIENTATED

*EXTRA TIME

*SHARED VISION

IMPACTFUL LEADERS make others feel more appreciated, more valued, they feel included, part of the family and the team.

IMPACT is not LOUD.

Impact is not VOLUME; it is normally the GENTLE GIANTS with the SOFT-SPOKEN VOICE that brings the IMPACT to their team.

FRIENDS IF YOU DO NOT KNOW THIS, YOU WERE BORN WITH THE ABILITY TO CHANGE SOMEONES LIFE, TO HAVE AN IMPACT ON SOMEONES LIFE, DON’T EVER WASTE IT.
